7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swipies AI and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right.
• Any content generated by you using the Service.

8. User Responsibility & AI Output

You acknowledge that Swipies AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. These responses may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

• You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any output generated by the Service before using it.
• The Service should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
• You retain ownership of the specific outputs generated for you, subject to these Terms and applicable laws, but you grant Swipies AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and use such content to provide the Service.

9. Data & Privacy

We value your privacy, but please be aware of the nature of AI services:

• We do not guarantee the permanent storage or availability of any data you input.
• You should not input sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information (PII) into the Service.
• We may use anonymized usage data to improve our models and services.

10. Intellectual Property

The Swipies AI platform, including its code, design, branding, and algorithms, is the exclusive property of Swipies. All rights reserved. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use the Swipies AI name or any of the Swipies trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.

Feedback: If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions regarding the Service, you hereby assign to Swipies AI all rights in such feedback and agree that we shall have the right to use and fully exploit such feedback and related information in any manner we deem appropriate.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Swipies AI. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Swipies AI at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Swipies AI's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Swipies AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Swipies AI.
